Last Friday, for the first time since the beginning of the epidemic, there were no confirmed new cases of Ebola in the whole Sierra Leone.
But on the next day there already were seven new cases, while the country is preparing for the three days of curfew local authorities are setting up to fight the spread of the virus.
In these last days, Liberia recorded a new Ebola case again after 21 days without any.
Ebola virus is unpredictable. We are not lowering our guard down: our staff in Sierra Leone keeps on fighting EVD and treating patients in the best possibile way.
